Had a relaxing stay on vacation, everything was really good. Perfect location, we were very close to the city center and Südtirol. It also was close to the centre.

Everything was very good, including extremely helpful and excellent staff. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, in the adjacent coffee shop, convenient to go everywhere. What's more, it was close enough to historic centre by bus and nearby playground for kids, a park which was hood for dogs, and old town on bike and pedestrian friendly ways. They gave me single room with twin beds, free WiFi, for example...

This hotel has a fantastic location at a great price, conveniently situated close to the city center and the mountains.

Not a lot. We thought for the price (104Euro per night) it was very poor.

The hotel had no facilities, no telephone in the room. No dining facilities, no parking except on the street outside. It was noisy and did not feel secure as staff were often. It at reception and front door was wide open. There was a column in the corner of the room running from ceiling to floor and it was obviously hiding a water pipe as whenever anyone flushed the toilet you could hear water rushing down - this happened frequently during the night. It was not located in the city centre as we thought it would be from the description on Booked.net. The building was not a dedicated hotel build, more like an office refurbishment, hence the poor design. Overall we would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel. We

Overall, we had a nice stay at Hotel Ariston in Bolzano. the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. the rooms were recently renovated and had comfortable twin beds with lovely views. Clean rooms, ok location

no lift, missing air conditioning remote - thus no air conditioning, no parking (rather deceived about this, as told no need to book parking), overpriced, 2* not 3 * in my opinion. Oh and no breakfast either!

The location was favorable, very close to the river and a park, great for dogs, with cafes and restaurants nearby. the staff were very nice and pleasant. - Everything was really good; it will be my first choice again in Bolzano.
