This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The fully renovated rooms are equipped with modern furniture and provide a nice view on the mountains. The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and the free wifi is a definite plus. The location on the river makes walking to the city centre a breeze, offering a peaceful retreat from the busy streets.

Not a lot. We thought for the price (104Euro per night) it was very poor.

The hotel had no facilities, no telephone in the room. No dining facilities, no parking except on the street outside. It was noisy and did not feel secure as staff were often. It at reception and front door was wide open. There was a column in the corner of the room running from ceiling to floor and it was obviously hiding a water pipe as whenever anyone flushed the toilet you could hear water rushing down - this happened frequently during the night. It was not located in the city centre as we thought it would be from the description on Booked.net. The building was not a dedicated hotel build, more like an office refurbishment, hence the poor design. Overall we would definitely not recommend staying at this hotel. We

Clean, but very basic rooms, nothing but a bed-and-bathroom

No hotel parking place, just public which means difficult to find a parking lot in the evening.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to the city center and a lovely park for our dogs. The hotel was clean and basic, but had everything we needed. The surrounding area was great for touring. a fantastic experience for us as foreign tourists.

the hair dryer is unusable -- it is attached to the bathroom wall (can't be removed) and there is no power plug in the bathroom

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing the modern facilities and comfortable room at a nice hotel in Bolzano. The room, although on a busy road, was surprisingly quiet and warm. The modern furnishings and well-appointed bathroom added to the overall comfort of the stay.

While there were many positives about my stay, I did notice a couple of drawbacks. the WiFi only seemed to work in the limited public area, which was slightly inconvenient.

Clean rooms, ok location

no lift, missing air conditioning remote - thus no air conditioning, no parking (rather deceived about this, as told no need to book parking), overpriced, 2* not 3 * in my opinion. Oh and no breakfast either!

This hotel is more suited to wintertime when the windows (that have excellent soundproofing) can be closed. Our room faced one of the main streets and it was either: be very hot, listen to traffic or use earplugs.

The facilities are new and the bathroom was clean. The hotel is conveniently located, within a 20-minute walk to the main sights of the town and with an excellent exercise route nearby. The hotel provides a card for free parking in white-lined public car parks, although finding a space could be a problem

Some rooms were not cleaned properly and had a bad smell. The bed was small and the walls were thin, allowing noise from other guests to be heard.

I really appreciated the clearness & the position that is not too far from the city center.

There was a refrigerator and a television, but only one wall socket!

Its location is convenient, as it is close to the centre and within easy reach of public transport. The staff are friendly and provide great service. The rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, with basic amenities provided. Additionally, the breakfast, organized through the hotel in the adjacent coffee shop, is a convenient and enjoyable start to the day.

We were looking for an economical hotel for a stopover on our way up from Venice to Garmisch, and this hotel was a good place to stay. It was easy to find, close enough to the highway, and it was clean and comfortable.
